Refund / Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

If a client does not attend a booked appointment without notice, Bellacures may require prepayment for future bookings.

Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, are processed at management discretion in exceptional cases.

Unused prepaid sessions may be reviewed for partial refund within valid package periods, minus already used services and any applicable fees.
